How much is to run a server in a cloud

I do some research trying to compare different clouds in term of tuning just a server with database.

Here what MS AZURE has offered me:

So it is about $110 per one core. 2 cores would cost ~2 time more.

So let's look at other providers: AWS, Google, Rackspace and DigitalOcean...
